About us

SELECTION HABITAT is the leading network specialising in character and prestige property since 2002.

The network currently has 42 estate agencies, 150 property advisers grouped under 3 brands:

Selection Habitat for character properties in the countryside
Selection Immobilier for urban properties
Agence Hamilton for castles and fine residences since 1992

We seek targeted properties for our qualified national and international buyers. We have therefore developed a specific method and tools to meet our clients' expectations. From our agencies, we offer a shop window and a bilingual service to our clients.

Our network is established and expanding across the south and the greater west of France.

Selection Habitat is looking for:

Men and women with a passion for character properties.

You have a proven track record in property sales, or in other fields.
You are proficient with IT tools.
Knowledge of the English language and culture is a plus.

Search for and select the best character properties in your area.
Carry out viewings and negotiations with a national and international clientele of private individuals.
Offer financing solutions.
Ensure the smooth progress of the sale through to the signing of the final deed.
Provide a quality customer service to our sellers and buyers.
